Dexter's Michael C. Hall Marries On-Screen Sis
On Dexter, Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter play siblings. In real life, they're now married.
Secretly dating for a year and a half, the couple eloped in Big Sur, Calif. on New Year's Eve, his rep announced today. At their wedding, Jennifer — a 29-year-old Kentucky native — had her grandfather's wedding band attached to her bouquet of white roses.
This Sunday, they'll walk the red carpet together at the Golden Globe Awards — the first time they're publicly acknowledging their relationship. Michael is nominated for 
best actor in a drama series.
On their Showtime show, 37-year-old Michael plays the title character — a blood spatter expert who moonlights as a vigilante serial killer. Jennifer plays Deb, a police detective with a bad habit of always picking the wrong guy. The series was recently renewed for a fourth and fifth season, keeping it on the air through 2010.
This is the second marriage for Michael, who was previously married to actress Amy Spanger.

Love "Dexter", a fascinating show. Have Season 1 and Season 2 on DVD and hope to get the third ASAP. I'm glad there are people in Hollywood who still get married and hope they will be very happy together for longer than five minutes.
