Miley's Dad to Jesse McCartney: Stay Away From My Daughter!
Billy Ray Cyrus is one fiercely protective papa to his superstar offspring, Miley. That’s why he’s issued a stern command to the 15-year-old’s longtime crush, Jesse McCartney — don’t date my daughter! "There’s been serious flirting between them for a while, but Billy Ray won’t let them date," says a Cyrus family insider. "It’s driving Miley and Jesse crazy!" Billy Ray’s main concern is that at 21, pop star Jesse is six years older than the Disney princess. "And Jesse also thinks the fact that he’s been known to date a lot of young girls in Hollywood has gone against him with Miley’s dad," says a friend of the singer. So Jesse, who’s been linked to more age-appropriate stars, including Aubrey O’Day and Hilary Duff, has offered to go the extra mile for Miley. "Jesse’s told Billy Ray that he’s willing to start out by having a chaperone of his choice around," the pal adds. "But that’s not good enough for Billy Ray."
LOVE ON THE SLY
The would-be couple first clicked when Jesse played himself on Miley’s hit show, Hannah Montana, two years ago. The stars have managed to stay close ever since, despite Billy Ray’s disapproval. "They’re on the phone to each other all the time, and they text each other," says the friend. The duo’s favorite topic? Their own under-fire love! "They tell each other how crazy they are for each other," says the pal. "And how frustrating it is that they’re being kept apart!"

Why would Jesse want to go out with Miley if shes 15 years old and hes 21. Jesse should know better because he could go to jail. Miley dad might be so mad that he might never let them see eachother again. It is the most stupid thing to do for an 15 and 21 year old peaple to do.
