Halle Berry Signs Fragrance Deal
Mom-to-be Halle Berry is in the works to launch her own fragrance, WWD reports. The starlet signed a deal with Coty Beauty, joining the ranks with fellow Coty celebs like Jennifer Lopez, Sarah Jessica Parker and Gwen Stefani.
But the deal came as a shock to Revlon, where Berry has been under contract as a spokesperson for the last 12 years. Revlon's president and chief executive officer, David Kennedy, told WWD he was "not aware" of the deal, but wouldn't comment on the details of Berry's Revlon contract.
The fragrance line is expected to be released globally in spring 2009.
