BRITNEY'S HUNKY SKATING PARTNER REVEALED!
Just hours after news broke on Tuesday that Britney Spears had filed for divorce from Kevin Federline, Britney was spotted ice skating at Rockefeller Center with a hunky man!
Needless to say, tongues started wagging — big time!
But the mystery man, is well, no mystery! It's Britney's manager, Larry Rudolph! But it is interesting to note that she chose to hang out with Larry just a day after she officially booted Kevin from her life? Why? On the same day that Britney made her marriage to Kevin legal in 2004, she gave Larry the boot, after being managed by him for 13 years. And now he's her mananger again!
On Tuesday evening, Britney met up with friends at Baldoria, an Italian restaurant in midtown, wearing a revealing dress with fishnet stockings. Later, Spears and Rudolph went on a shopping spree at a nearby Gap, according to the New York Post. Brit bought three thongs, a coat and gray and white stripped sweater. The pair then headed off to the Rockefeller Plaza rink where they skated hand-in-hand.

A source tells Star that Kevin, 28, was "blindsided" by the news. "He didn't even know."
However, Britney's grandfather June Austin Spears "saw it coming," he tells Star exclusively. "But I didn't think it would happen so soon. Hopefully she'll be coming home soon."
"I thought that they might be able to hold it together through the holidays," Extra host Dayna Devon tells Star. "I mean, they have a new family. How old is Jayden? A few months? I thought they might hold it together for a bit longer for the kids."
THE FINAL STRAW
Kevin's surprise is odd, considering the awful weekend he and Brit had just shared.

Britney was then a conspicuous no-show at her struggling husband's showcase Nov. 2 at nightclub Stereo. When asked where his wife was, Kevin said, laughing, "I don't know.... at home with the kids."
She also managed to avoid Kevin's Nov. 4 NYC concert at Webster Hall (she wasn't the only one — only 300 people showed to see Kevin rap in the 1,500-seat venue!)

His concerts' poor attendance and his CD's poor sales do not bode well for Kevin's earning power, which could soon be a problem.
The former backup dancer reportedly signed and iron-clad prenuptial agreement with Britney which gives him $360,000 a year for each year they are married, plus half the value of their $7 million Malibu mansion.
With Kevin's free-spending ways, those millions won't last for long!
