WATCH KEVIN GET DUMPED BY BRITNEY ON TV!

November 8, 2006

Kevin Federline spent the day with Canadian music television channel Much Music on Monday Nov. 6 promoting his new album, Playing With Fire. Little did Much Music know during their filming of Kevin's visit that they may have been documenting history in the making!

Kevin was first interviewed before a live studio audience for Much On Demand (think MTV's TRL) about several topics, including his relationship to wife Britney Spears.

"This is the diamond I gave to my wife the first time I married her," he told the on-air interviewer. "So, um, I got her a bigger one and I made a pinkie ring out of this one," showing his large clear-diamond on gold band pinkie ring.

"She really loves what I'm doing right now," he added. "She's probably my number one fan. You know what I'm saying?"

At the time, Kevin had no idea that back in New York City, far from being his biggest chearleader, Britney was planning her escape form their two-year marriage!

But it looks like Kevin found out soon after — live on camera!

The Much Music cameras followed Kevin from the program's studio to dinner, where Kevin explained "If me and the wife are beefing or something like that, I'll go out and have a good time because it keeps my mind of that. It's a different element."

Soon after, Kevin received a text message, became visibly upset, removed his microphone, and left the table for 30 minutes!

Could he have just gotten the news that Britney wasn't going to take it anymore? Britney filed for divorce on Tuesday, but listed Monday — the day he was spending with Much Music — as the official day of separation!
