KEVIN FEDERLINE BATTLES BRITNEY OVER CUSTODY OF KIDS

Kevin Federline has filed for sole custody of his two children with soon-to-be ex-wife Britney Spears. "Kevin is prepared to go the distance in order to do what he feels is necessary to protect and safeguard the children and will not be intimidated or dissuaded from pursuit of those goals," Federline's lawyer said in a statement. K-Fed filed response papers in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, asking for legal and physical custody of Sean Preston, 1, and Jayden James (almost 2 months). He also asks for spousal support. Spears filed for divorce on Tuesday and petitioned for custody of the kids.
