EXCLUSIVE: BRITNEY'S REEL-LIFE NIGHTMARE

In the face of recent reports of what turned out to be a fake Britney Spears sex tape appearing on the Internet, a source now tells Star that an actual X-rated video of the pop vixen may indeed exist -- and could see the light of day sometime in the future!
David Hans Schmidt, a Phoenix, Ariz.-based agent specializing in brokering deals involving adult videos and photos of celebrities, tells Star: "Two days after Britney filed for divorce, I was contacted by an individual who indicated that he had a digital video of Britney Spears having sex, with the implication that another person in the video is Kevin Federline. I'm told the video was apparently shot before Britney and Kevin wed in September 2004." Schmidt is scheduled to meet the source and view the video in L.A. next Tuesday, Nov. 21. Schmidt adds, "This gentleman knew enough names and identified enough parties involved to indicate to me that the tape could exist!"
Brit's legal team will likely try to deal with the scandal -- and it won't be the first time. In 2005, another publication was sued by Brit and K-Fed, who were denying the existence of a sex tape (a judge recently dismissed that suit on Nov. 6).
But according to Schmidt, if there is a tape, "it would still see the light of day through the black market, and snippets of it would probably be available on the Internet." Schmidt says a Britney sex tape could make $200 million, adding: "It would smash Paris Hilton's sex-tape sales [upwards of $50 million] like an Oreo cookie!"
