NICOLE MAY BE HEADED TO PRISON!
Pin-thin Nicole Richie, who was busted earlier this week for DUI, better start getting pointers from former celeb inmates Lil Kim and Martha Stewart. Why? She'll reportedly be sent to jail if she's convicted of DUI charges, because she has a prior drunken-driving arrest!
The most recent charges are pegged to her driving the wrong way on an L.A. freeway earlier this week, after she admitting to police that she took the pain killer Vicodin and smoked marijuana. But it was revealed this week that Nicole pleaded no contest to drunken driving and already was serving three years’ probation!
