MISS USA TO ENTER REHAB!
Miss USA 2006 Tara Conner, who turned 21 on Monday, has agreed to enter rehab for drug and alcohol abuse, she announced at a press conference in New York City Tuesday morning, alongside the pageant's owner Donald Trump.
After reports surfaced last week that Connor had been underage drinking at various NYC nightclubs, and had hooked up with various men, rumors circulated that she would be dethroned. But at the press conference, Trump announced, "Tara is going to be given a second chance."
During a tearful speech, Tara announced she will "be the best Miss USA you've ever seen."
