Jennifer Aniston will lock lips with BFF Courteney Cox during a guest appearance on Dirt. The show's producer Matthew Carnahan confirmed to USA Today that Aniston will play a lesbian on the show. According to reports, Aniston and Cox will exchange a kiss on the lips despite the fact that they play bitter rivals. The episode airs March 27.
