Anna Nicole Smith's Will Revealed!

February 16, 2007

Curious to check out the details of Anna Nicole Smith's will? TMZ has obtained the document, dated July 30, 2001. It was created before Dannielynn's birth and Daniel's death, and therefore indicates that Anna only had a son.

The will entrusts all of Anna's property and names Howard K. Stern as executor! There were two witnesses to the will's signing — Kimberly Walther, Anna's former assistant, and Howard K. Stern.

But Susan Filan, MSNBC's senior legal analyst, said, "[Daniel's] death voids that will, and [Dannielynn's] birth voids that will. So, essentially, it seems she doesn't have a will."

Meanwhile, Stern was ordered today to testify in a Florida courtroom on the morning of Tuesday, Feb. 20, where a judge is deciding where and when Anna Nicole Smith's body will be buried.

Circuit Judge Larry Seidlin ordered Stern to appear when a court administrator will report on the debate surrounding Smith's remains. Stern asked the Florida court to be allowed to bury Smith next to her son, Daniel, in the Bahamas. But Smith's mother, Virgie Arthur wants her daughter to be buried in Texas.

Lawyers for photographer Larry Birkhead, who also claims to be Dannielynn's father, were also present in the courtroom. Today, Feb. 16, was the third day that lawyers debated the fate of Smith's body, which is expected to be embalmed today.
