Did Lindsay Hit Photographer? You Be The Judge!
Lindsay Lohan had a wild night after she left club Butter in New York City early Tuesday morning. Lohan, at the wheel of a BMW, lead photogs through the city and was eventually pulled over by the cops in front of the Hotel Gansevoort in the Meatpacking District.
As Lindsay attempted to drive away, one paparazzi photographer fell to the ground. But did Lindsay hit the photog, employed by INF Photo, or was he just mugging for the cameras? The shutterbug, who was identified as Giovanni Arnold by The New York Post, was treated for minor injuries at St. Vincent's Hospital.
"She got out of the car to look at Giovanni on the ground as she's talking to a cop, and then she's allowed to leave," said Dawn Leikness, INF sales director to the Post. "The other photographers there threw a fit that she was allowed to leave. The cops then asked her friends to call her to come back, and she came back."
