Star Exclusive! Larry Birkhead Free To Take Dannielynn Out Of The Bahamas!
Star has exclusively learned that a Bahamian judge granted Larry Birkhead permission on April 25 to take Dannielynn out of the Bahamas! But he must return to Nassau for a June 8 custody hearing. A source tells Star, "He can take the baby anywhere he wants until that hearing. Only the changes on the birth certificate need to be made, which should be done momentarily." The birth certificate will reflect that Birkhead, not attorney Howard K. Stern, is Dannielynn's father, and will also include changing Dannielynn's last name from Stern to Birkhead.
Says the source, "Larry is making his travel plans this second, and wants to go to both Louisville, Ky., where his family lives, and to California, where his home is."
The June 8 custody hearing is where a Bahamian judge will hear whether Virgie Arthur, Anna Nicole Smith's mother, has any claim to seeking visitation of Dannielynn and to becoming her guardian in the event of Larry's death.
