Star Exclusive: Virgie Arthur's Appeal Denied & Larry Birkhead "Overjoyed"

Star has exclusively learned that Larry Birkhead is "overjoyed and so excited that he can take Dannielynn out of the Bahamas and leave today!" says a source. A Bahamian judge ruled on April 27 that Virgie Arthur, Anna Nicole's mom, had no right to block Birkhead from taking Dannielynn to the U.S., and fined her $3,000 in attorney's fees for her "frivolous appeal," says the source. The judge said at one point to Virgie's lawyer, "You must descend from theory to reality."
"Larry is packing up the baby and their belongings, and ready to leave today, as soon as the birth certificate changes are made. He hasn't yet decided whether he's going to Kentucky or California. He just is so happy that he's won a battle against Virgie, and can take his baby home!"
UPDATE:
Larry Birkhead has obtained Dannielynn's amended birth certificate which includes the baby's new surname and biological father.
