Update: Lindsay Enters Rehab!
Lindsay Lohan has entered Promises rehab facility after a hard-partying holiday weekend.
Photographs from Splash News confirmed Lohan's arrival at the rehab facility on Tuesday. (Click here to see the pics.) Lindsay is expected to remain a Promises resident for at least 30 days.
Lohan was arrested for DUI early Saturday morning after crashing her car in Beverly Hills. The Georgia Rule star was then photographed less then 48-hours later slumped over after a night of partying at Teddy's.
