Lindsay Lohan Is Now Legal
Lindsay Lohan took a brief time out from her rehab program at The Promises Treatment Center to celebrate her 21st birthday with a trip to the stores.
Photographers snapped the “Mean Girls” star on June 30th – two days before the official day, browsing at the Planet Blue boutique in Malibu with her new iPhone in hand.
Prior to checking into the California medical facility on May 28th Lohan was set to host a huge bash at The Pure nightclub in Las Vegas.
