Lindsay Lohan: The Drugs Aren't Mine

Lindsay Lohan is speaking out about her DUI arrest and charges of felony cocaine possession. The actress responded to an e-mail from Access Hollywood's Billy Bush saying, "I am innocent... did not do drugs they're not mine."

Lohan also wrote, "I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin's mom I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy."

Lohan was arrested early Tuesday in Santa Monica after a woman, identified as the mother of Lindsay's former assistant, told police Lindsay was chasing her in an SUV. Cops found cocaine in Lindsay's pocket during a search and arrested her.
