Lindsay's Sexy Maxim Photos! Plus: Lindsay Sued!
Lindsay Lohan shows off her sultry side on the cover of Maxim magazine's September issue (on sale 8/21). Asked if she consider herself sexy, Lindsay replies: "Um, I'm starting to blush. I don't know how to answer that. Every girl wants to feel sexy, and I like to think of myself as sexy. It's a matter of confidence and how you hold yourself. Everyone's sexy in her own way." In related news, Lindsay is being sued by the female passenger she allegedly chased last month in Santa Monica. Tracie Rice, who filed papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleges assault, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Rice is seeking an unspecified amount in damages as well as payment for medical care.
Neither Lohan (who's currently in rehab) or her publicist have commented on the suit.
