Judge Grants Britney Visitation Rights Even Though She Blew Off Hearing
Britney Spears may finally have a California drivers license, but Kevin Federline still has the kids.
After hearing more than three hours of arguments this afternoon, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge ruled that K-Fed -- who arrived sporting a blue suit, white shirt and a mysterious eye patch -- would retain custody of the couple’s two sons, according to Federline’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan.
Brit, meanwhile, was awarded monitored visitation.
The newest order in the nasty fight over Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, includes stipulations that the fallen pop star must comply with before the original 50-50 custody arrangement can be reinstated.
A follow up hearing has been scheduled for October 26.
