Britney & Kevin Back Together -- On Judges Orders!
Britney Spears had better find a way to get along with her ex, Kevin Federline because Commissioner Scott Gordon — the LA judge who this week awarded custody of the couple's two young sons to K-Fed — ordered the one time Mr & Mrs to have at least three counseling sessions TOGETHER, before their next court appearance October 26.
In his 20-page report, issued Thursday, Com. Gordon also instructed Britney to submit to regular drug and alcohol tests and to have at least three individual counseling sessions.
Britney will be allowed to visit little Sean Preston and Jayden James but only under the supervision of a monitor who has the power to end Britney's visit "if any conduct or action by (Spears) endangers the minor children."
In other Britney news, her former bodyguard, Tony Barretto, made a "child abuse referral" the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services on Thursday. "The referral asks for an investigation into Britney Spears and her behavior with her two young children," his lawyer Gloria Allred said in a statement. DCFS would not comment on the situation.
