Report: Clay Aiken to Be a Father
Clay Aiken is going to be singing show tunes to a wee one.
The 29-year-old former American Idol contestant — who recently wrapped his Broadway gig in Spamalot — is going to be a father, reports TMZ.com.
Sources tell the Website that the mother is Jaymes Foster, a record producer who is also Clay's best friend. Clay lives with her when he's in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, Jaymes was artificially inseminated. However, Clay will have an active role in raising the child, who is due in August.

For all of you bashing Clay--I feel sorry for your kids or those you would think of having. Clay would make a great dad and he's so much more of a better person than any of you! Who cares what you think anyway. This was a courageous decision and one on which Clay apparently didn't need your approval.
