Anne Heche: Divorce Settlement Reached
Men in Trees star Anne Heche has reached a divorce settlement with her ex-husband, Coley Laffoon.
Anne will pay her ex a lump sum of $275,000 and monthly child support payments of $3,700 for their son Homer.
According to court papers, Anne will also pay most of the bill for Homes's schooling and for half of his extracurricular activities.

She must have married a k-fed jr. I don't think it's fair she has to give him that much money. She should've had a prenup. I don't understand why he gets the kid. I thought I read in a tabloid that she had an affair with her costar. It still shouldn't matter that doesn't effect her ability to be a good mother. I loved Men In Trees & I hate that it was cancelled.
