Katie Holmes's Gift for Nicole Kidman
Katie Holmes is making nice with mom-to-be Nicole Kidman by giving her baby gifts!
Katie shipped hubby Tom Cruise's eight-months-pregnant ex-wife a deluxe gift basket filled with onesies, stuffed toys, a baby blanket and more from Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills, an insider tells Star.
"Katie wanted the best of everything in the basket," the insider says. "It cost over $2,000."
As we told you earlier this week, Nicole gave a new interview to Vogue in which she talks about finding love again with hubby Keith Urban, being pregnant with her first biological child and the photo that made her cry.

Personally I think it was a lovely gesture. Everyone has moved on, so let the past be. Katie is expressing her happiness that Nicole is having a baby. I hope Nicole was thrilled with the gift.

My feelings would depend on the relationship with my ex's spouse prior to the gift giving...I've never seen or read of them being friendly before but then again I can't stand Cruise and don't care what they do. Best wishes for Nicole and Kieth though, they actually seem kinda normal!!

I think it's great that Katie and Tom are civil ti Nicole and Keith. After all, Tom and Nicole stil have two children together. One day they will all be going to a wedding or two, and have grandchildren. it's so much better to be friends with your ex. It makes the children happy too!
