Katie Holmes To Appear on Eli Stone!
Katie Holmes is making a return to her TV roots with a guest appearance on ABC's Eli Stone.
Katie — who will make her Broadway debut in a revival of Arthur Miller's All My Sons this fall — visited the Eli Stone set on Tuesday to tape her cameo. Tom Cruise and baby Suri even tagged along.
The role on Jonny Lee Miller's series requires Katie to do some singing and dancing. She'll play a non-profit attorney with a mysterious case.
The good news is Katie will have a familiar face on set with her. Eli Stone's executive producer is Greg Berlanti, who worked with Katie during her Dawson's Creek days.
In other casting news, Michael J. Fox is making his return to television with a recurring role on FX's Rescue Me. During his four-episode arc, Michael will serve as a love interest for Janet, played by Andrea Roth. His casting was announced Tuesday at FX's Television Critics Association press tour.
