Report: Mary-Kate Wants Immunity in Heath Probe

Mary-Kate Olsen's lawyer released a statement Monday afternoon saying, "Despite tabloid speculation, Mary-Kate Olsen had nothing whatsoever to do with the drugs found in Heath Ledger's home or his body, and she does not know where he obtained them.
"Regarding the Government's investigation, at Ms. Olsen's request, we have provided the Government with relevant information including facts in the chronology of events surrounding Mr. Ledger's death and the fact that Ms. Olsen does not know the source of the drugs Mr. Ledger consumed. We don't know the source of the information being quoted in the media regarding the Government's inquiry, but these descriptions are incomplete and inaccurate."
Federal investigators have had no luck in speaking to Mary-Kate Olsen as they probe the untimely death of her friend Heath Ledger. The former Full House star refuses to be questioned until she receives immunity from prosecution, the New York Post reports.
Mary-Kate's lawyer has allegedly told investigators the actress won't cooperate unless she gets immunity but when asked by The Post for confirmation, attorney Michael Miller said, "We are not going to comment on whether there is a criminal investigation."
Mary-Kate was the first person to be called when Heath's masseuse found his lifeless body at his New York City apartment in January. Heath's death was later ruled an accidental overdose of prescription drugs and OxyContin.

You know that she and Heath had the same drug supplier. She doesn't want to lose that relationship or else she will have to look for another dealer. Maybe, she should talk to Tatum O'Neal and find out if she can use her drug dealer.
