No Jail for Christian Bale
Christian Bale has escaped jail.
The Dark Knight star will not face charges in connection to an assault allegation filed by his mother and sister, the Associated Press reports. England's Crown Prosecution Service ordered police not to take further action against the actor due to insufficient evidence.
Christian was arrested after a family incident involving this mother, Jenny, 61, and sister Sharon, 40 that took place at London's Dorchester Hotel on July 21. Christian immediately denied the allegation.
With that behind him, he's free to celebrate the success of his latest movie, which has been in the No. 1 spot for the fourth weekend in a row at the box office.
Did Christian's arrest make you think differently of him? Or were you waiting for the outcome of the case before forming an opinion. Tell us what you think.

I waited for the outcome of the case before forming my opinion. I think that his mother and sister was jealous of him and trying to get fame and get money from him.

Why is this story any different from the other hundreds that tell of various celebrities going to jail? Should we be shocked? Whether he did beat up his fam or he was falsely accused - I still don't give a shit about his personal life
-- Grumpy
Well that's good. Why spend all that time and money to give him jail time to release him after 3.5 seconds like all the other celebs that go to jail.
