On the Cover: Jen Turns to Brad!
After a painful split from John Mayer, Jennifer Aniston turned to an ex for comfort and advice. So who received Jen's emotional late-night call — Vince Vaughn? Paul Sculfor? Neither, it was her ex-husband, Brad Pitt.
Star has learned that in an emotional late-night phone call, Jen poured out her heart to Brad, looking for consolation and advice. And he was there for her.
The long-distance heart-to-heart actually began when Jen — desperate for a sympathetic ear — called her former mother-in-law, Jane Pitt, on Aug. 13 at Château Miraval, where she's staying with Brad, Angelina Jolie and their brood, Star reports in our Sept. 1 issue.
"Jen still calls Jane all the time, and she really needed someone to talk to," an insider says. "And she started telling Jane about her split with John."
When Brad walked into the room as Jane was consoling Jen, she simply handed the phone to him.
"At first, he didn't know what to say," says the insider. "But he listened very intently and tried to comfort her. He was very patient and attentive."

I think Brad knows he screwed up! Angie is trash! And oh how funny it is that she is blowing up about him know talking to Jen! Jen is pathetic. It's over so she should move on. Brad's got huge responsibility now. Even if the possibility existed that she could take him away from Angie, I don't think she could handle all his baggage now. He is tied to his babies for years to come. Get a life Jen. Your embarassing yourself.

i think brad is affraid to meet up with jen because he might still have feelings for her and angie is afraid that if brad meets up with jen than she may steal him back.

jen is slanging ass from one man to the next searching for love or she is trying to keep her name in the tabloid for ratings. What Jen need to do is find out who she is and the rest will follow, sometimes love is where you lease expect it and it is not continuosly calling your ex, you could have been with him if that was what he wanted. Surely that you was not in his plan for a family.

jen is pitiful. now that her and brad has split she has been trying to wed and have a baby with anyone who is willing. i think it just burns her to see that brad is happy with whom he left her and make a happy family. now she just wants to break it up. go get a life jen and stay single... maybe you will find your happiness when you have your alone time
