Luke Perry to 90210?
Luke Perry said he'd be staying out of his former zip code, but the show's producers don't seem to be taking no for an answer.
Jennie Garth's 90210 character, Kelly Taylor, will have a 4-year-old child in the show's spin-off, which debuts on The CW on Sept. 2. Now, Zap2it.com reports that the father of Kelly's wee one, a boy, will be none other than Dylan McKay, the role Luke originated in the original series. Further, says the unconfirmed story, the show's producers are currently toying with the idea of somehow writing Dylan into at least one of 90210's fall episodes. The story would involve Dylan, who disappeared for a while (as he was known to do!), trying to get back into his son's life... and Kelly's too.
Dylan returning to shake things up between Kelly and Brenda (Shannen Doherty) once again? Well, that's a dream come true for old 90210 watchers, who remember that storyline from the '90s.
Adding fuel to the rumors, Jennie and Luke have remained good friends. Luke even did a story arc, playing Jennie's love interest, in her last series, What I Like About You.

We need Dylan to come back to 90210! i watched the original Beverly hills show and it just isnt the same without Luke. He always make things interesting :)

I think we all need some of Dylan McKay back in our lives again...I need to see what happens between him and Kelly and I'm not into sappy love stories, but these people seriously NEED to stay together..am I right?!

Let me start by saying that I am a diehard BH 90210 fan, and that is the only reason I even gave this new show a chance. I think that if the producers put the effort into bringing back Shannen and Jennie, they need to give us some closure on the most important story in 90210 history- the Brenda/Kelly/Dylan triangle. The first show did not do it justice when Shannen left, and never got the chance to make it right- this show has the chance and they owe it to us!
