Oprah's Getting Rocked

September 9, 2008

The Queen of Daytime is going prime-time once more.

Oprah Winfrey will be making a guest appearance on 30 Rock this fall, series costar Alec Baldwin confirmed.

"Yes, Jennifer Aniston and Oprah," he told Extra. "What more do you want?"

This move will bring together Lady O and the comedy's star Tina Fey, who earlier this year — while appearing on Oprah's talk show — said it was her wish to have Oprah appear on 30 Rock.

According to reports, Oprah will play herself in the episode — tentatively set to air Nov. 6 — but will work with Tina, Tracy Morgan and Jane Krakowski.

Meanwhile, Oprah pal Jennifer Aniston recently filmed her own guest gig on the show, which Star reported first on Aug. 28. Jen plays a woman who becomes up obsessed with Alec's character, Jack.

Will you tune into 30 Rock to see these ladies onscreen? Will you skip the show because don't want to see them? Tell us what you think about 30 Rock's stunt casting.

I love jen and admire her for all she has been thru. Her home was wrecked and she hung in there she needs to forget about brad and find her a hottie.I would read or watch anything that has anything to do with her, she is my favorite actress.

GO OPRAH! You cant force her to put Palin on the show. She said NO POLITICIAN ON THE SHOW TIL AFTER THE ELECTION. None of the other candidates have been on there. Stop acting like she's picking on Palin. If she lets Palin go on there, she has to let them all on.

You embarass black women across the nation by carrying around that stupid african idol or whatever it is! You were born in america, you were never a slave, and you pretend to be a martyr! Everyone's ancestors have an ugly story of some sort! Everyone of EVERY color! You are lost and jump on every bandwagon that rolls by that seems to you to be popular. You embarrass yourself and don't even know it. You are NOT a benefactory to the masses as you delude yourself into thinking. You are harming yourself and others emotionally, spiritually, and morally.

I am so tired of election time. Why do celebs think it is important to say who they are voting for? Their word is law? I was always raised to believe that THE VOTE was a private matter. Oprah is full of herself. Do not watch her show anymore. Will tune into 30 Rock to see Jennifer. Love that young woman. Hope she finds someone who will treat her right. Deserves a happy life and love.

I'm so tired of Oprah. Does she have to stick her nose in every damn thing? I don't watch ANYTHING Oprah, don't buy her magazine, don't heed her recommendations. I wish they would make human monopolies illegal.

Oprah is amazing. You want to talk about rags to riches, she is the perfect example. I am proud of her and would be proud to watch her act again!
