Kanye West Arrested... Again
For the second time in just over two months, Kanye West was arrested for tangling with the paparazzi. Kanye will not be charged with assaulting a photographer, following an alleged incident that took place early this morning in the U.K. The rapper was arrested at a hotel in Gateshead, England, after allegedly getting physical with a paparazzo as he exited Tup Tup nightclub in nearby Newcastle with some female friends. After a brief police investigation, he was released without charges. "We can confirm that a 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault following an incident at a Newcastle city centre club in the early hours of this morning," a police spokesperson told the press. "He was released without charge and no further police action is being taken." According to TMZ.com, the shutterbug alleging the assault made a similar claim against a famous British soccer player recently, but the charges were unfounded in that case as well. It's been a tough year plus for Kanye, whose beloved mother passed away on Nov. 10, 2007 following a plastic surgery procedure. He was arrested on Sept. 11 of this year after fighting with a paparazzo at a Los Angeles airport. He was not charged with any crime.

I am so sorry for Kanye West. He has been unable to accept his mother's unexpected death and probably never will. Obviously, he was a very devoted son to an outstanding mother. Right now, he doesn't need news hounds waving their cameras in his face. For goodness sake, I wish they would show some respect and give him some space. He needs it.
