Top Model Engaged to House of Payne Star
America's Next Top Model winner Eva Marcille is going to be a top bride.
The model-turned-actress — who went by Eva Pigford when she was on Tyra Banks' show — accepted a marriage proposal from Tyler Perry's House of Payne star Lance Gross on Christmas Eve.
The couple, who have been dating since 2007, were with family and friends when Lance popped the question.
"I cried," the bride-to-be told Essence. "It was totally unexpected. I'm still in shock. I could not even sleep because I was afraid that I might wake up from the most beautiful dream ever."
Eva has been appearing on the soap opera The Young and the Restless since June 2008 and was recently made a series regular. She plays a character named — get this — Tyra.
The couple plans to get hitched in 2010.

Eva Pigford is SO beautiful! I didn't even realize that was the guy from House of Payne...he looks so different. I guess it's the gloss on his hair? Maybe the facial features that I didn't pay much attention to while watching the show? Whatever-congratulations!
