Jennifer Hudson Murder Suspect Pleads Not Guilty
The parolee accused of murdering Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother and nephew has pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree murder and home invasion.
William Balfour arrived in a Chicago court earlier today, giving a nod of acknowledgement to family members who were in the courtroom. Soon after he entered his plea to the charges which stem from the October triple murder of Darnell Donerson, Jason Hudson and 7-year-old Julian King.
Balfour — the estranged husband of Jennifer's sister, Julia — is currently being held without bond on a parole violation. He and his attorney deny his involvement in the slayings.
He is next due in court Jan. 27.
Jennifer is trying to move on from the tragedy and is expected to sing the national anthem at the Super Bowl on Feb. 1. She is also scheduled to perform at a Grammy week event on Feb. 6.

I think that he did not do it. He is an easy suspect because of his past. I think the police, cia, fbi or whoever should do a more indepth investigation.
