Shia LaBeouf Loses License After DUI
Ouch! Six months after a car crash left his hand in a cast, Shia LaBoef has been slapped with painful legal news.
The Los Angeles Department of Motor Vehicles has suspended Shia's license for a minimum of year, as of January 17.
Though the Transformers star was initially arrested for suspicion of DUI after the July 2008 crash, the L.A. Sheriff's Department later said that there was "insufficient evidence" to charge Shia with drunk driving. He had refused a breathalyzer test at the scene. Now, however, that refusal is being used as grounds for the suspension.

This just goes to show that celebrities are now being treated like everyone else, as they should. He's lucky he didn't kill someone.
