Gwyneth Paltrow's A Total Airhead
Jet-setter Gwyneth Paltrow has her own idea of in-flight entertainment.
During a recent transatlantic flight, the Academy Award winner got down on all fours in the aisle to do yoga moves!
"She was discussing the benefits of certain poses with a couple and ended up showing them exactly how to do them," a source says. "Gwyneth was so helpful."
The actress, who recently talked about her two-hour daily workouts on Oprah, is an exercise machine! And, according to a report, she's in talks to open her own chain of fitness centers with her workout guru Tracy Anderson, who also trains Madonna.
Would you follow Gwyneth's exercise regime? Think two hours a day is a bit extreme? Talk back below.

I would love it if they opened a gym so we all could benefit from Tracy's workout method. I would be the first to join!

I love Gwyneth. She is a wonderful actress & superb at her craft. She must have an intesity of spirit and be thorough at what ever she takes on.
Her 2hr exercise regime is too long for me............I would keel over, whither & die :( Short versions for different needs eg. relaxation, cardio, morning stretch & wake-up, dance would be great; lunch break yoga at work for stress reduction, & stretch out. Yoga really de-stresses . -- Need to stretch MORE
To look good, Gwyneth has got to get off the macrobiotic diet and start eating some fatty foods-this way she may get some boobs and get laid.

I could not do 2 hours a day. I do not have a staff to take care of me/things with all the other appointments, like work i have to get to, BUT an am warm up & pm before bed calm down/relaxtion would be great for most busy women.

It's really not that hard. I do the same workout she does, and attend the studio that was opened by her trainer. It's actually 1.5hrs, not 2--one hour of a pilates-type workout and half an hour of cardio. What's so weird about that? And, guess what: It works.
I don't understand some of you people on this board. -- LosAngelina

Damn Bord, who care she bends forward, backwards, inside out. Glad someone has that much on their hands
-- Wasp-Colin still knows
2 hours is extreme! I think 1 hour perhaps 1.5hr at most and doesnt your body only respond for a limited time!
