Kelly Rowland Dumps Beyoncé's Dad
Kelly Rowland has a message for Beyoncé's father — I'm "Better Without You."
The former Destiny's Child singer announced that she fired Mathew Knowles as her manager. Making things interesting, Kelly was practically raised by the Knowles family — she moved into their Texas ranch as a pre-teen during the formation of Destiny's Child and has referred to Beyoncé as her sister.
"Mathew Knowles has been a positive influence in my career," Kelly said in the statement. "I have had great success under his guidance — both as a member of Destiny's Child and with my solo projects. Although we have decided to part ways professionally, the Knowles family and the entire Music World Entertainment team will always be my family."
While Kelly sold millions of records as part of Destiny's Child with Beyoncé and Michelle Williams, her solo career — she's released two albums Simply Deep (2002) and Ms. Kelly (2007) hasn't been as successful. Since last year there has been speculation that Kelly was unhappy because her albums were often back-burnered to accommodate releases made by Mathew's daughters, Beyoncéand Solange.
Kelly did not say who her new manager will be.

personally i say that destiny child should have nevered broke but then again they wanted to be one own makeing there own paper she should haved dumped him as a maneger but not as a friend. beyonce michelle and kelly are amazing singers and i think they should reunite that's all

She should have caught on long ago. These are the same reasons former members of the group left and stressed the same concerns. His daughters will always be put before anyone else he manages. And you thought your were considered family. I think not!

Kelly appears glamous in the entertainment view I think, she is always careful, and even in jeans and a t-shirt she makes it look glamous, she has a beautiful smile, friendly like she don't look like she fix'n to curse you.

Well I am a huge fam of the old and 4 group Destiny's Child and the 3 girl line up. and Beyonce is like my wifey, but honestly Kelly can sing her ass off, actually I'm listening to her songs now. one she's beautiful and two she was singing better than Beyonce when they were young, her high notes are spectacular and she can sing low her range like Beyonce's is outrageously good. I sing and I know singers. Kelly has what it takes to be on top, I do think Matthew Knowles played the favoritism card in dealing with the group. Because Kelly is beautiful and can sing her ass off!! so can Beyonce and I am a fan of Michelles, Latoya's, and solange's albums lol I'm waitin for Latavia and Farrah. So she does need better management and promotion because she sangs her ass off. Kelly is a real classyy woman because eventhough her label dissed her publicly she gracefully gave her peace to them. they mad cus she gone blow up especially when Beyonce retire in 3 years. hahaha but her album sales for simply deep reached double platinum, so i don't see how that could be bad especially if you multiply that by however much they costed.
