Ashton Goes Off On Noisy Neighbor
Ashton Kutcher wants the world to know exactly how important his beauty sleep is to him!
Ashton posted a video of himself ranting about loud construction noise coming from his neighbor's house.
"I'm going to lose it," Ashton proclaims on the video. Upset that the work crew has begun hammering at 7:30 am, Ashton says, "I woke up this morning to pounding, welding steel."
Ready for a fight, the husband of Demi Moore says, "This has been going on for four months now. This guy's got another thing coming!"
Blogging via Twitter, Demi also expressed her frustration with the situation and urged Ashton to stay calm. "You can pull out the paint gun later," she jokes.
Meanwhile, the owner of the house, Bruce Goldsmith, tells TMZ he has a permit that allows construction at 7 am and that Ashton's expletive-laced tirade is "out of line." Goldsmith adds, "They don't make hammers covered with rubber."

You have money - hire a crew to help the neighbors construction get done in a few days! You need your beauty rest baby- its been working for you for years - can't mess with that gorgeous face :)

Oh yes they do make rubber hammers I ve seen one in my garage give me a call Ashton and I will make sure they get the rubber hammer thingy I know demi needs her sleep when your that old trying to keep up with a man half your age hahahahahahaha!!!!!

Bravo for Ashton. He should speak up. I know what its like. I've been having the same trouble with a neighbor for a few years now.

The cranky old lady, oops I mean his wife probably was taking a nap or getting ready to go to bed at that time... Demi probably beats Ashton and puts him in the corner for time out!!!! hahahaha

A "permit that allows construction at 7am" That is unresonably early. How about an injunction to get the start time set for 9am. Is this not infringing on your right to enjoy......get a lawyer to draw up something if your neighbour will not voluntarily be neighbourly.

Ashton and Demi should go to bed earlier and they won't be so tired in the morning. Construction law says they can start at 7:00 a.m. just like Canada. Maybe they should buy earplugs!
