David Caruso Responds to Ex's Lawsuit
As expected, David Caruso isn't happy that he's being slapped with a lawsuit from an ex-girlfriend he dumped while she was pregnant.
A rep for the CSI: Miami star tells RadarOnline.com that the suit filed by Liza Marquez on Thursday is in retaliation for David's concerns about their two children.
"Last month David became concerned about the welfare of his children and sought court assistance to redefine David's and Liza's custodial schedules," Caruso's rep told the site. "It now appears that Liza has decided to retaliate by raising false claims against David, which David finds unfortunate since these claims will divert the parties' and the court's attention away from the best interests of the children."
Some of Marquez's bombshell allegations include that David asked her to terminate her first pregnancy, raised a hand to her when she was pregnant, accused her of wanting to bed Billy Dee Williams and Greg Kinnear and told people she was mentally ill.

The couple started dating in 2004 and officially split in 2007, the day Marquez returned from the hospital after giving birth to their second child.

I like the good morals, noble, caring and protective character of Horatio Caine. I find it hard to believe that a person who portrays such GOOD qualities as stated would be so horrible in real life. I don't judge, but I do pray for him(David Caruso), because I believe that a portion of the Horatio character that he portrays on screen has to be a part of his real self. I pray that it is. Respect is a two way street, whether coming or going. And there are always two sides to every story. David has not told his, but choses to remain silent and private. A good quality. Only God knows for sure whether certain things happened or didn't happen or how much certain things were blown out of proportion. And God doesn't judge by the facade of a person, but by the TRUTH inside the heart. I'm a prayer partner & I don't judge either. I do pray for both David & Lisa, even though I don't know them because Jesus Christ, God made man, is the true counselor, physician, and healer.

I sense that she knows that her gravy train is over! She needs to grow up, get a job and leave Horatio to me. Purposely getting pregnant in hopes that he will some day marry you and you'll get that golden ticket doesn't always pan out!

If he asked her to terminate the first child, WHY did she have the second child from him. This sounds really off to me. Regardless of what this man looks like in some peoples opinion, she layed down with him, she found something appealling about him.

These women lay down with these famous people and on purpose have babies. If they had any morals, they would insist on getting married first. Sex can only last for a short time and evidently, they didn't marry their best friends. All they want is the child support!!!

all she wanted him for was his money, pop out 2 kids well there's a few million in the bank for her, if she loved him at all, they would have shared custody, so he can suport them himself, instead of giving all the money to her.
