Rupert Everett's Shocking Transformation!

April 15, 2009

Rupert Everett’s dashing good looks were getting a little droopy. But now he’s more than ready for his close-up!

The actor, currently starring in Blithe Spirit on Broadway, debuted a fresh-faced new look on The Martha Stewart Show on April 10. And he doesn’t just have makeup artists to thank.

According to Dr. Brian S. Glatt, founder of the Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey, Rupert, 49, has had a comprehensive series of facial procedures. “I think Rupert had a face-lift,” Dr. Glatt tells Star. “His cheeks are fuller and lifted, and his jawline and neck are pulled back and smoother.”

As for his forehead, Dr. Glatt says it’s simply Botox. “I think he’s definitely using it. He is very animated, and there are no lines visible on his forehead.”

The last element in Rupert’s new look, says Dr. Glatt, is a chin implant! “The shape and projection of the chin is drastically different. It’s much more pointed,” he says.

In all, the surgeries could have set Rupert back almost $25,000!

But it was worth it. Dr. Glatt, who has not treated the actor, observes, “This is an impressive difference. He looks 10 years younger!”

both pictures have been doctored... he never has had that many wrinkles and if you have seen any other current pictures of him you know that he still has wrinkles... both pictures are fakes!

Makes me think of Julianne Moore's comment: "People who have plastic surgery don't look younger -- they just look like people who've had plastic surgery"

OMG! He looks like a Shrek character!! OMG! He would have aged good without that... he looks totally different!

I know it is his face to do with as he pleases, but the surgery has robbed him of all that fantastic character that comes with age. His eyes - what a terrible thing these plastic surgeons do to these mens' eyes. Oh well.

I think YOU are a FREAK. you go and have plastic surgery on your ugly face and have the nerve to call someone else a freak. You are seriously an a..hole to say that someone is better off dead. That man had a skin disease what the h... is your excuse. You obviously didn't like how you looked so you changed your appearance, why does someone else that changes their appearance have to be a freak. I guess you should be calling yourself a FREAK, too.

And as for President Obama, your comment is ignorant, your ignorant and i guess that is why you haven't worked in, WOW over 5 years. GET A LIFE and stop judging others for doing something you do yourself.

and this is the guy who is calling michael jackson a "freak"?! you better look at yourself in the mirror, mr. everett, if you can open your eyes wide enough...

He looks absolutely ridiculous. I hope he can get it undone. If it weren't for his voice, he is unrecognizable. People need to grow up and just accept aging gracefully. If you don't want "11's" between your eyes and don't want a wrinkled forehead, DON'T SQUINT, FOR ANY REASON, WEAR SUNGLASSES, AND SUNSCREEN, DON'T SMOKE AND DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL & you will maintain your youthful appearance much longer. Wisdom from my 103 year old Italian grandmother, and guess what, he really works.
