Rihanna Asking For Less Protection Against Chris Brown
Does Rihanna want Chris Brown back under her umbrella?
A lawyer for RiRi says the songstress doesn't feel a restraining order against Chris is necessary and will ask a judge to rescind the protective order.
Currently, the two pop stars are not allowed to come within 50 yards of each other, but Rihanna's lawyer says he will ask Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg on Wednesday that Chris only be prohibited from harassing, annoying or molesting Rihanna.
Chris, who pleaded guilty to assault, is expected to receive five years probation and 180 days of community service. In addition, Chris will be required to take a year of domestic violence classes and pay fines.
