Mel Gibson Gets a Clean Record
It seems like just yesterday Mel Gibson went on a profanity-laced tirade and was arrested for driving under the influence. But now he can pretend like it never happened!
Mel's drunk-driving conviction was expunged from his record on Tuesday by a judge in Malibu, Calif. Mel was not present in court but the Oscar winner has successfully completed all the terms of his three-year probation.
Mel pleaded no contest to misdemeanor DUI after the July 2006 incident in which he spewed sexist and anti-Semitic remarks.

Why not slap his wrist and clean his record...he only acts like an ass and gets in trouble every year!! I'm sure some judge that he paid off is living large now!
