The single stars were introduced by Jessica's makeup artist Jeanna Robinette, according to RadarOnline.com. "Jeanna and Gerard are friends, which is how he was introduced to Jessica," their source said.
And this isn't the first time the pair have dined out together. "They all had dinner together last week, too."
