Another Cyrus, Another Scandal
Miley Cyrus' parents are on the hot seat once again!
Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus' parenting practices are being called into question once again after their daughter Noah, 9, shocked guests with a racy getup at Dream Halloween Los Angeles on Oct. 24.
“Everyone was talking about it,” a party guest tells Star. “She was way too scantily clad for a 9-year-old.”
Amy Keroes, editor-in-chief/founder of MommyTracked.com, agrees.
"This sends a bad message because I think it's too early for girls to present themselves in this sexual way," Keroes tells Star. "This costume belongs on an adult not a 9-year-old girl. It strips away the innocence of a young girl and it has me concerned how she will dress at 13 or 14."
Billy Ray and Tish have already been called out for Miley’s tendency to push the boundaries of age-appropriate. Miley topless Vanity Fair photo shoot in April 2008 created major waves. And, this past August, there was another lashing when the 16-year-old pole-danced at the Teen Choice Awards.

This is a shame!!! Just because her sister is a celebrity does not mean this is okay....I hope they make sure there are no sex offenders lurking in their neighborhood.

its a holloween costume! geez get over it! the lenth of the dress covers everthing! more so than a drothy dress or a dora the explora shorty pant costume! besides she is supose to look scary anyway so there is no problem then!

the costume was a little much but then again it was halloween i dont think she was going for a "slutty" look i think she just wanted to have fun and look good

I have seen worse. It IS on Halloween!!! I have seen some girls with nothing covered, I don't think the outfit is so bad. The make up is what I believe really adds to the effect. I think this outfit would have been ok without the make up all that make up makes her slutty!

do these parents know what is appropriate inappropriate for their children? after all the things theyve let their kids do they seem to be more like idiotic teenagers asd not responsible parents. dressing like this as a child even if its just a costume it will eventually lead to wearing even sluttier things in the future and it does send many different types of horrifying messages to from other children seeing her on tv, to pedophiles looking for potential child porn.

I would not let my 9 year old of the house in that. WT heck, doesn't Miley have a stalker... some pervy old guy that saw her shaking half naked on stage. I think these two are Parental Pimps!!
