Twilight & True Blood Lead People's Choice Awards
It's going to be all about the vampires at this year's People's Choice Awards.
The nominations were announced earlier today and Twilight and True Blood were among the top nominees.
The Twilight Saga is up for favorite movie, movie franchise, favorite movie actress (Kristen Stewart), favorite movie actor (Robert Pattinson), breakout movie actor (Taylor Lautner) and on-screen team (Kristen, Rob and Taylor).
HBO's True Blood was nominated for favorite TV obsession, sci-fi/fantasy TV show and TV actress drama (Anna Paquin).
Fans voted for the nominees — more than 18 million votes were cast! — and will also vote for the winners.
The show will be broadcast live on CBS on Jan. 6, 2010 with Queen Latifah as host.

There are real life vampires, but they suck life energy instead of blood; they are the ones who call to talk and talk and don't listen back and if you try and say something, as part of a normal conversation, they turn everything right back to themselves. Often, you feel drained after seeing or talking these people. It is all about exchange of energy. It is ok to help a friend through a rough time, but if they are always trying to pull you into their drama, voila, there is a vampire.

This is true:there are no vampires-they use to dig bodies up for reburials and found that due to certain physiacl conditions and the lack of embalming, people would explode and be covered by blood when uncovered. yuck
