OFFICIAL RULES


1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENTER.

2. How To Enter: Beginning at 12:01 a.m. (EST) on March 1, 2008, visit www.starmagazine.com/pamprin and follow the Pamper Yourself With Pamprin Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") entry directions. Each entry must contain the required answers to the entry field questions posed to qualify for the drawing. All on-line entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. (EST) on May 31, 2008. Mail-in entry can be made on a handwritten postcard, deliverable by the U.S. mail, containing your name, address, age, daytime and evening phone numbers with area code, your e-mail address (if available), the required answers to the entry field questions and mailed to Pamper Yourself With Pamprin Sweepstakes, STAR Magazine, 1 Park Avenue New York, NY 10016. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than May 31, 2008, and received no later than June 9, 2008. Multiple entries are permitted, but only one entry per envelope per day and one Internet entry per day will be accepted. Illegible, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, automatic or robotic entries will not be accepted. Each entry must contain the requested contact information to qualify for the drawing. All materials submitted become the property of American Media Inc., (the "Sweepstakes Administrator"), which together with Chattem, Inc. and Borgata Hotel are the sponsors of the Sweepstakes (the "Sponsors") and will not be returned. 3. Winner Selection / Random Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about June 16, 2008 from among all eligible entries that are complete and contain the required answers to the entry field questions posed. The random drawing will be conducted by representatives from the Sweepstakes Administrator whose decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to the drawing and this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a Prize depend upon the total number of eligible mail and Internet entries received. Winners will be notified by telephone or e-mail or mail, in the discretion of the Sweepstakes Administrator, on or before June 25, 2008.

4. Prizes.
(a) Grand Prize: One room, double occupancy, at the Borgata Hotel in Atlantic City, NJ; for three (3) days/two (2) nights to be provided in the period of September 2008 through February 2009 (certain blackout dates may apply), Spa Services for two (2) at Spa Toccare & Salon, (limited to a total retail value of $1,000 for Spa Services for the Winner and guest), plus roundtrip, domestic, coach class air transportation for two (2) people from a major continental U.S. airport nearest Winner's residence (to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion). Ground transportation will be provided between the airport and Borgata Hotel. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is $3,000.00. All other expenses not specifically stated in the Prize description will be the sole responsibility of the Winner and her guest. All travelers must possess valid travel documents (e.g., valid Photo ID). Once the travel schedule has been arranged, it cannot be altered in any way, except in the Sweepstakes Administrator's discretion, and failure of Winner to follow such schedule shall not obligate Sponsors in any way to provide the Winner with alternate arrangements. (b) Additional Prizes. Thirty (30) prizes consisting of an "at home spa kit" each of which will contain a Natural exfoliating loofah, Nylon mesh sponge, Pumice stone, three (3) Wooden massagers and a Storage sack. ARV of each: $24.99. Fifteen (15) prizes of a one-year supply of Sponsor Chattem's Pamprin consisting of twelve (12), twenty (20) count bottles of Pamprin. ARV of each: $62. (c) Prize Information. Total ARV of all prizes: $4,680. No substitution or transfer of a Prize is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right the substitute a prize of greater or equal value. All federal, state and local taxes including income taxes, and any expenses (except as set forth above) relating to the acceptance and use of a Prize are the sole responsibility of each Winner. Winner of the Grand Prize will receive a Form 1099 on the actual value of the Grand Prize. All federal, state and local laws apply.

5. Eligibiity. Sweepstakes is open only to female legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excludes Hawaii, and Alaska), 21 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, Canada, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

6. General Terms and Conditions.
(a) Potential Winners must submit an Affidavit of Eligibility / Release of Liability / Prize Acceptance Form within seven (7) business days following the date of attempted notification. If any Prize or Acceptance Form or affidavit or release is returned to the Sweepstakes Administrator as undeliverable or if the Sweepstakes Administrator does not receive a response from any potential Winner within seven (7) business days of attempted notification, such Winner may be disqualified and such Prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner. Non-compliance with these Official Rules shall result in disqualification and award of the Prize to an alternate Winner. By accepting a Prize, Winners consent that Sponsors may use the Winners' names, photographs, or other likenesses, the Winners' hometown and biographical information, statements concerning the Sweepstakes entry or Sponsors' products without compensation for purposes of advertising, promotion, and merchandising, and grant all rights to edit or modify and to publish and copyright it, unless prohibited by law. Winners must also make themselves reasonably available to travel at Sponsors' expense for promotional purposes. By accepting a Prize and participating in the Sweepstakes promotion, each participant specifically agrees to release and hold each Sponsor and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of each Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion, agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, warranty claims (except as to any limited warranties from Prize manufacturers or suppliers) and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participating in this Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, and understand that any determinations by the Sweepstakes Administrator regarding the Official Rules, the Sweepstakes, or its administration are final in all respects. (b) Entrant is responsible for all online charges incurred with any Internet service provider. Neither Sponsors, nor any telephone network or Internet service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, printing or typographical error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, or any inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible, incomplete damaged, postage-due, mutilated or misdirected entries or entries not properly forwarded to the Sweepstakes Administrator. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the Sweepstakes Administrator determines, in its sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic or other tampering with the Sweepstakes or if technical difficulties or other problems compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Administrator reserves the right to either terminate or modify the Sweepstakes or to void the entries at issue and conduct a random drawing to award the Prize to an alternate Winner using all eligible entries received as of the termination or modification date. If the Sweepstakes is terminated or modified due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at www.starmagazine.com/pamprin. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content, administration or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action. (c) Internet entry must be made by the entrant, only at the authorized website address of www.starmagazine.com/pamprin. Entries made by any other individual or entity and/or originating at any other Internet website or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be invalid and ineligible for this Sweepstakes. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the e-mail address, if otherwise eligible The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the e-mail address is assigned by an Internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. (d) Any information entrants provide to the Sponsors may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to these Sweepstakes. Sponsors may also share this information with third parties who are participating in this promotion. Sponsors may use such information to contact entrants at a future date about services the Sponsors believes entrants will find of interest. Sponsors will not sell or provide such information to other third parties not participating in the Sweepstakes.

7. Disputes/Choice of Law. Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal court situated in or having jurisdiction in Boca Raton, Florida (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"), and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. Florida law, without reference to Florida's choice of law rules, governs the Sweepstakes and all aspects related thereto. If any of the provisions of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in force, unless, in the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Administrator, such invalidity or unenforceability defeats or undermines the purpose of the Sweepstakes, in which case the Sweepstakes Administrator reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.

8. Names of Winners. For the names of the Winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Winner's Name, Pamprin Sweepstakes, STAR Magazine,1 Park Avenue, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10016. Requests for the names of Winners must be received by July 25, 2008.
