Paris Hilton Sued for Lack of Promotion
Paris Hilton, who has made a career out of promoting herself, is being sued for not doing enough publicity.
Worldwide Entertainment Group, the distributor of her film National Lampoon's Pledge This!, filed a lawsuit against Benji Madden's gal pal yesterday for breach of contract, alleging that she didn't come through after being paid $1 million to star in and promote the 2006 comedy, which went straight to DVD. Paris is being asked to pay $75,000 in damages for failing to provide "reasonable promotion and publicity" for the movie.
The lawsuit is ironic as the celebutante has made a living off of self-promotion, beginning with her reality show, The Simple Life, which ran from 2003 to 2007. She also has several fragrances (including once called Paris Hilton), a book (Confessions of an Heiress), shoe line (Paris Hilton Footwear) and has even released a CD (Paris).

A Paris Hilton fan in what way? What has she really done? Yeah, she acted, sang, she has a book and fragrances and a shoe line NOW. The only reason any of these things sell is because they have her name on them. But why? What has she even done to become famous??

Paris Hilton cracks me up. I love how these wannabe's ry to keep up with her. The only problem is Paris isn't playing a part Paris is just being Paris. And when the little tails wear out she is just getting started.
