ER Star Pregnant
ER star Parminder Nagra will be making a trip to the maternity wing.
The actress and her longtime boyfriend, photographer James Stenson, are expecting their first child in the summer.
"We are thrilled and overjoyed at the prospect of becoming first time parents," the actress told the media.
The couple — who have dated for almost seven years — also plan to get hitched, but they haven't set a date yet.
Parminder's pregnancy won't be written into the final season of the NBC drama, which concludes in February. She's played Dr. Neela Rasgotra since 2003.

Congratulations Ms. Nagra! I've loved your work since I saw you in Bend It Like Beckham. I'm excited that you are having a baby! I recently had a boy. We named him after his father.
