Bright and early on April 9, The View's Joy Behar spread some yummy breakfast joy. The funny lady jumped behind the counter at a West Side café to hand out Bagel-fuls — bagels with cream cheese inside — to hungry New Yorkers. After working the counter, Joy took a few minutes to chat with Star.
