Did someone say fill 'er up? It sure looked that way when Nikki Cox hit the red carpet at the CBS Upfronts event in NYC with her funnyman hubby, Jay Mohr, on May 14. Not only were the former Las Vegas star's lips noticeably puffed up, but her entire face seemed fuller, too. Star asked plastic surgeon Michael Salzhauer, M.D., of Bal Harbour, Fla., what Nikki, 29, may have done to turn up the volume. "Her lips are way, way overdone.... This is not a good look for her," he tells Star. He thinks the actress likely had about three to four injections of a filler such as Juvéderm in her upper and lower lips, though he believes just one syringe would have done the trick. In addition to her pucker, Dr. Salzhauer thinks she's had a filler added to her cheeks — most likely two to three syringes of Radiesse. "Her cheeks seem to puff out," he notes. Another possibility? "Nikki could also have injected her cheeks with excess fat taken from the tummy area," says Dr. Salzhauer. Either way, he thinks she looked better in the earlier photo. She looks nasty. Poor Jay. Hopefully these injections will subside as they are supposed to after a year - not sure about triple the amount but she should not do this again.

The problem I think is a while back she lost a good deal of weight. It happened during season 3 or 4 of Las Vegas. She's trying to use collagen to get back the "fleshiness" she lost when the fat in her face was burned up as calories.

I think plastic surgeons who do this type of work should lose their license. She was much prettier in the picture before the surgery.

Im sad!! I used to think that she was one of the most beautiful people I have ever seen.......why did she do that? I know right..many people that get plasitc surgery do not look right afterwards.
