RHONJ's Danielle Sued By Ex-Husband
In our June 15 issue, Star featured an exclusive interview with Kevin Maher, the former husband of The Real Housewives of New Jersey diva Danielle Staub, who revealed the shocking details behind his ex-wife's call-girl past and 1986 FBI arrest on drug and kidnapping charges.
Shortly after, Danielle told another magazine that Kevin's version of her life was "completely absurd" (although court papers from her FBI case file soon surfaced, backing up Kevin's story). Danielle then went on to claim that Kevin had raped her on broken glass and killed her dog!
Now Kevin is back on the offensive! On Oct. 8, he filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court against Danielle, 47, over her "false and defamatory statements," as well as the "threat" she made against him on the June 24 RHONJ reunion show, in which she said her fans and friends
"would protect her" and that Kevin was "going down!" He's asking the court for an as yet undetermined amount of monetary damages.
"The reason we just now filed a lawsuit is because since the reunion show where Danielle threatened me, my wife, Maribel, has been a nervous wreck," Kevin, 55, an L.A.-based private investigator, tells Star. "Shortly before the reunion show aired, she gave birth to our daughter, Kaley — and my main concern is for my wife and daughter. This woman's lies and threats have to be stopped as she is harming my family and my business."

Why didn't Maribel tell her husband to shut the heck up if she didn't want problems. What did they think that Danielle was just going to suck up all the juice that they were spilling on her. Whether Danielle is saying the truth or Kevin, I don't care, but how stupid for Kevin to think his big stupid comments would get no response from Danielle. I think this man is childish and has nothing else to do. He might still be in love with Danielle. Get over it.

Please check ouy the comments made by Kevins own Family on Amazon.com.Just search the book title.His own brothas called him a liar for his depiction surroundind his father's death amongst other things.It seems he is hated by his immediate family members and it all revolves around the "facts" of his book.He is a liar as well so please consider this when hearing his ide of things.
