Ryan O'Neal Pleads Guilty
Ryan O'Neal pleaded guilty to a felony charge of drug possession on Friday.
In a Malibu, Calif., courtroom, the grim-faced actor quietly said he was guilty of possessing methamphetamines. He also agreed to enter an 18-month drug deferment program.
If Ryan completes rehabilitation program, the charge will be removed from his record.
The Love Story star and his son, Redmond, 24, were arrested in September during a reported probation search. At the time, Ryan's lawyer said the drug were Redmond's and that Ryan had "nothing to do with them."
Redmond was also in court Friday but his case continued until February 20.

Meth is very addictive after it is tried once. Even after rehab you still want it, and just have to remember where it got you.
Let's not be so quick to judge, we have all done something stupid one way or another -- terry

The double standards never cease to amaze me. Go to rehab yes, BUT drop the drug conviction from his record as though it never happened, give me a break!!!

The only problem is that Redmond is also a drug addict and I wonder if he is taking the blame for his kid which is stupid and will not help Redmond.
